Scott’s R&S Heating Systems has been servicing the Midland and Penetanguishene area since 1993. We sell and service highly rated heating and air conditioning equipment from Trane and Rheem manufacturers, and are known for providing timely and professional installation services in Simcoe County.
As a registered TSSA contractor and HRAI member, our team is fully insured and licensed to care for all your heating and cooling needs.

Our History
R&S Heating Systems relocated from Collingwood to Midland in 1993. As an authorized Consumers Gas contractor for the next 2 years, we then became an authorized installing contractor/dealer for 3 years to follow. When Consumers Gas changed to Enbridge, R&S Heating Systems became the after-hours service contractor/dealer from 1999-2001. Enbridge then discontinued the contractor/dealer network throughout their company, allowing us to concentrate more on our own customers.
After purchasing Scott’s Heating in Elmvale in 2000, our service area broadened to encompass Elmvale, Wasaga Beach and Collingwood. Our technicians travel to homes, businesses and cottages throughout Simcoe County, and our head office is located in the beautiful town of Midland at 753 Vindin Street.
